(Skill-Based Contest)
ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL RESTRICTIONS
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required by their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Void where prohibited by law. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that participation is legal in their state, region, or country.
• The administrator reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entry that violates applicable laws or these Rules & Regulations.
GENERAL RULES
• This is a 100% skill-based contest.
• There is no gambling system involved.
• There is no house to play against.
• There are no over/under bets, no point spreads, and no handicaps.
• This is strictly a paid-entry competition.
• All outcomes are based solely on the participant’s knowledge, analysis, and skill.
ENTRY FEE & PRIZE STRUCTURE
Entry Fee: $13.00 USD
• $3.00 USD is retained by the administrator to cover website maintenance, payment processing, and operational costs.
• $10.00 USD is allocated directly to the prize award for the specific contest entered.
PAYMENT, PRIZE AWARD & NO-REFUND POLICY
• There is no fixed or guaranteed base prize amount.
• The prize award for each contest is determined exclusively by the number of paid entries received for that specific contest.
• Each contest has its own independent prize award, calculated separately based on participation.
PRIZE AWARD DETERMINATION
• Prize awards are calculated per contest, including but not limited to:
– Individual league weeks
– Tournaments
– Daily or special grouped match contests
• Funds allocated to a prize award apply only to the specific contest for which they were collected and are never combined across different leagues, weeks, tournaments, or contest types.
EXAMPLES (FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY)
• La Liga – Week 23
– Total participation generates a prize award of $7,500 USD for that week only.
• Premier League – Week 9
– Total participation generates a prize award of $3,000 USD for that week only.
These examples are provided for illustration purposes only and do not represent guaranteed prize amounts.
• The administrator’s portion ($3.00 USD per entry) is fixed and does not influence the calculation or distribution of the prize award.
• This structure ensures that each prize award grows proportionally with participation, maintaining transparency and fairness for every contest.
• Prize awards are variable and dependent solely on participant entry volume; no minimum prize amount is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by the administrator.
NO-REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)
• All entry fees are final and non-refundable.
• Once an entry is submitted and payment is completed, the funds are immediately allocated to the prize award for the applicable contest.
• Because the prize award is publicly displayed and dynamically updated for transparency, issuing refunds would alter the prize award and compromise contest integrity.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
– Change of mind
– Incorrect outcome selections
– Failure to submit before the cutoff time
– Disqualification due to rule violations
• By submitting payment and confirming acceptance of these Rules & Regulations, the participant explicitly agrees to this no-refund policy.
MATCH GROUPING & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• Each contest consists of a predefined group of matches for a specific league, tournament, or contest period.
• The group of matches is treated as one complete contest unit.
• Partial entries are not allowed. An outcome selection must be submitted for every match in the group for the entry to be valid.
• The contest winner is the participant with the highest number of correct outcome selections across the entire match group.
• If multiple participants finish with the same highest score, they are declared joint winners.
• There is no second place and no tie-breaker system.
MULTIPLE ENTRIES RULE
• Each paid entry applies to one contest set only.
• Participants may submit multiple entries, but each entry requires a separate payment.
• Each entry is treated as fully independent.
Example:
In FMX League – Week 10, participant John submits two entries:
– Entry #1: 6 correct outcome selections
– Entry #2: 4 correct outcome selections
These entries are evaluated separately and cannot be combined.
CUTOFF & FINAL SUBMISSION RULE
• All entries must be submitted and paid at least 30 minutes before the first match of the selected contest begins.
• After the cutoff time, the submit button is disabled.
• Entries not fully submitted before cutoff are not charged and are not valid.
• Once the first match begins, all selections are final.
• No changes can be made after the cutoff — by participants or administrators.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY & RESEARCH
• The platform may provide basic statistics and head-to-head information as a reference.
• Participants are solely responsible for conducting their own research and analysis.
• The site is not responsible for incomplete or missing data. Participation is based on personal judgment and skill.
MATCH OUTCOME & SCORING RULE
• Each match is scored based on one (1) official outcome only.
• For each match, the participant must select one of the following outcomes:
– L – Home (Local) Team Win
– D – Draw
– V – Visiting Team Win
• The number of goals scored does not affect contest scoring and is not considered for any purpose.
• Match outcomes are determined solely by the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation play plus stoppage time.
• Overtime, extra time, and penalty shootouts do not count.
• The official regulation-time result is the only result used for scoring.
• This is not a single-match outcome contest.
• Winners are determined by the total number of correct outcomes across the full group of matches for the applicable contest only.
SUSPENDED & POSTPONED MATCHES
• Applies regardless of cause (weather, technical issues, security, travel delays, etc.).
• If postponed before the cutoff, the match may be replaced to maintain a complete contest group.
• If suspended after the cutoff, results will be determined once regulation play is officially completed.
• If a referee declares a match legally ended, the score at that time is final.
TRANSPARENCY & FAIR PLAY
• All participant entries will be displayed in the History section for verification and transparency.
• Company employees, contractors, or affiliates are strictly prohibited from participating.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
• Winners will be published after all matches for the applicable contest are completed.
• Results will be displayed in the Coaches Den section.
RESPONSIBLE PLAY
